I'm Helen. I make #noisy #punk as well as some more #folky stuff. I am also starting my journey getting into sync licensing, for which I almost exclusively do #instrumental stuff, and love doing weird #sound_design. If tracks get signed to a library, I'll lock them down as I sign over the copyright.

I don't need people to thank me for song comments or even reciprocate. I go with a pay-it-forward kind of thing.

For avoidance of doubt, please do not add lyrics to my instrumentals unless I specify otherwise. I'm not keen on surprise collaborations.

I'm in 2 all-fawmer bands with @expendablefriend, @stewartscissor and @orinoco, and then in a 3rd band with someone who isn't a FAWMer yet, but I'm working on it.

Respectfully, I disagree with your decision to lock the 50/90 discussion, just because of one person's rude comment. There is a reason it is an "emotional issue", and your decision to censor discussion of it, which I have had happen before when I've tried to have polite and mature discussions about it, are part of why those emotions are there. All of the vague "Gosh, it is just getting so overwhelming" commentaries without an actual discussion of what that means has been very frustrating to those of us who have found Fawm and 50/90 so important in our lives. My feelings were not in the least hurt by the gentleman's comment, and I am aware that he lost his father in recent days and am more than willing to cut him some slack. My disappointment lies more with the moderators' unwillingness to discuss any of this in an open manner.
