Many things have coincided: We took inspiration from the fact that today is the awakening of FAWM, after a long slumber, and is also the celebration of Imbolc. This is the festival associated with Brigid, after which we named our band (Hand of Brigid). It's also a snow moon tonight. Triple or quadruple magik!

This may form part of a song cycle about the Wheel of the Year that we're loosely plotting.

Smoke is weaving and turning as it whispers to Snow Moon.

The guitar work and vocals are wonderful, and the drone and the shimmery sounds definitely convey a sense of awakening. There is some hidden power at work there. Love it!

Whether it's the open strings or synth, the droniness of this works really well. Big fan of the baritone vocal, and the sighs. Reminds me of some of Johnny Cash's later works.

It’s actually two separate synth patches. I’m using the opportunity to learn how to use some modular synths I’ve bought! I do have a sound bowl, which it would be interesting to include…

Incredibly imotive.. such a cool vibe!! This would be great with a full band behind it. Very visual lyrics. I love this genre.. I think it would be " Art Rock? "

Thank you. I think when we develop it we will get some sort of rhythmic bits or drum machine , human or otherwise.

I love the mood of this, the pace of the vocal and the register of the vocal against the guitar and synth. Suits the Yorkshire weather today too. Your voice is great, btw.
