Just a quick song to start FAWM. I struggle to get all the way through the songwriting process, it was great to complete something even if it isn't polished.

This is the second time I'm listening through this--lost the page the first time. First, welcome to FAWM! Second I like your singing and playing. The lantern, lights and shadows theme is well done here. Third, one of the best things about FAWM is the supportive community giving constructive feedback. I find its easier when I can see the lyrics while listening--so I encourage you to post lyrics too.

I hope you have a ton of fun with this. The community is 💯 my ❤️

Cool melody. "Be my lantern and turn me on", I'd think it would be the other way around, and that perhaps you should try to find her button. ;) Kidding, terribly sorry, couldn't resist. lol.

Trying to finish the song and finish with a rhyme... yup! Been there, both metaphorically and literally speaking. I like your vocals, very singer-songwriter in a good sense.

Haha, I will have to look for that some time. Im slowly getting more confident as a singer, and not drown myself in reverb. I appreciate the feedback.

Welcome to FAWM and congrats getting started. I like the chord progression and the lantern imagery. I chuckled at the bit about trying to finish the song. That's an awesome way to get over the finish line
