04: Optical Delusion
Liner Notes
This track introduces new characters from Tales of The Wizard of Oz. The mayor and his chauffeur/butler of Topsy Turvy Town where everything is upside down. Miraculously, everything still functions as expected in the non topsy turvy world while remaining upside down.
Track created in LoopyPro using multiple apps. Beats are from a new iOS groove box, BattleStation from the stalwart dev Bram Bos. Strings are from ThumbJam with added reverb goodness.
Headphones recommended.

Best title yet!!! Admittedly I’m pretty stoned right now…this is how I feel…did you craft this while looking at me through my webcam? Are you reading my thoughts? I knew you were magical. Lmao The percussion is friggin perfect I love it!

BattleStation is pretty cool. It has a drum synth and three other tone generators. The drum synth allows you to generate random patterns and step lengths. The tone generator has random pattern generators. Pretty easy to build quick beat patterns. I record them separate in LoopyPro and then can add fx by colour grouping.
