Your enthusiasm in this song reminds me of how I felt when I started meditating. I felt like I just went around to all my friends and co-workers and had to let them know how important meditation was and how great it made you feel. But I suppose that's for all of us to discover on our own. These days. I just enjoyed my meditation silently on my own.
