Too Bear
by @philkmills
Liner Notes
Carrying on with my habit of inventing songs for fictional characters who seem to need a little more elaboration. And who doesn't enjoy turning nouns into adjectives?
(I originally wanted to do a rock arrangement of this...maybe later.)
Lyrics
I like my porridge hot (Too much bear for you) Eat my salmon as it’s caught (Too much bear for you) Paralyze an elk with fear Gobble down a baby deer Then hibernate for half a year I’m too bear for you
Too bear, too bear Too much bear for you Too bear, too bear I’m too bear for you
I like the biggest chair (Too much bear for you) Never found a need to share (Too much bear for you) Where I itch is where I scratch Often with an oaken branch Face it, you’re just overmatched I’m too bear for you
Too bear, too bear Too much bear for you Too bear, too bear I’m too bear for you
I like my mattress hard (Too much bear for you) Spend some nights out in the yard (Too much bear for you) You can keep your feather bed I’d sleep on the floor instead If I don’t snore, you’ll know I’m dead I’m too bear for you
Too bear, too bear Too much bear for you Too bear, too bear I’m too bear for you
Too bear, too bear Too much bear for you Too bear, too bear I’m too bear for you

Thanks for the "Too Bear" comment. The guitar chord there is X00210, technically D7sus2. I didn't know that to start; I just wanted something that sounded like D7, but not quite.
This is making me smile :). That's an interesting sounding chord on the last line of the verse - can't work out what it is but it sounds nice.
