Operation:Mindcrime is one of my all time faves too. I spent a ton of time when I was first learning guitar glued to the tablature book, trying to record the harmonized solos from I Don’t Believe in Love on my little Tascam Portastudio. And failing miserably, but with gusto. Good times.

Geoff Tate is coming to my town later this year touring with his version of Operation:Mindcrime I and II, but I’m missing it to go to a They Might Be Giants show. I think 1988 me would understand, maybe.

Ha! 1988 me would be pissed. More frustrated than angry, but pissed all the same. 2026 me totally gets it.

I hear you about trying and failing, I really needed more reachable heroes when I was younger. 😂

I'm all in with your statement up top. I'm somewhat in the same mindset, but I do have a few things on my mind that I'd like to release via music. We'll see what happens. You, friend, have yourself a good FAWM however that manifests.

Ty!! & Oh; no I haven’t; was thinking 🤔 for a second maybe; I wouldn’t want to block my account though and like finally remember password or something lol what do u think; have you heard of them verifying accounts because i lost my phone well lol i got jumped and it got stolen and i cant log into my email that i used anymore and dont have the phone number i used to have either;
