betray the blue is a cool as heck lyrical hook. Beautifully done. More songs should be in 6/8 - I wasn't expecting it, but it really works (and now I get why you were talking about 6/8 drums in the Slack!) I hope you're super pleased with this one, it's turned out lovely.

I gotta tell ya, from the title alone I was gearing up for a song trashing the police, but then it turned out to be a really lovely love song and kind of sad and beautiful and really well put together Good job

Dude this is GREAT. I know you said you were getting annoyed with recording this but it sounds fantastic. The acoustics sound great and everything sits perfectly in the mix. Also that melody is gonna be stuck in my head now.

I love the rock and roll of this. It's so sad but the guitars are so grungy and wonderful. The drums are killer. Nice work TC!

Oh!!! I know what the rift is reminding me of lol, Norwegian Wood, that's the Beatles vibe I bet lol 😂

Of note, the drums used here are really great, they add feeling, bounciness but not distraction. Love it!

This really grew on me by the final chorus . Good melody and nice production .
