That Family Of Mine

Liner Notes
This song started life at my very first FAWM way back in 2013! It was pretty rough back then so I put it away for "some day" for a rewrite and new production. Well, I guess today's the day! New lyrics, new music, new production and engineering. And I am kinda dang happy with it now! Funny thing is, much of this is autobiographical! Grandma never died in the 'lectric chair but a lot of the rest is pretty close to reality! Don't judge me...I'm originally from Kentucky!

This would have them.j umping in the aisles played live, maybe at the barn dance. Real toe tapper! I'm disappointed in johnny cash he always be claimed he shot that man. Class playing.
Heh, no judgement, except that they sound fun! Great characters. I really like the setup, it's toe-tappingly good and the fiddle adds such satisfying country vibes. I could eat it up on a plate. The changing choruses also worked really well going through the days of the week.
You should be proud. Sounding good and the lyrics is what had me stuck listening to the end.
How awesome to return to something 13 years later, I love that. Clever lyrics, and the music fits in perfectly. Sounds like you got some interesting family history in there!
